★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not once but twice has their communication been bad.They don't pass on messages. I rang them up to book my bike in and I was informed that they would get back to me by the next day . Didn't happen . Then after I called again to book my bike in they then inform me it'll be a month before they could repair my bike. So , after finally booking it in our situation ( work related) changed , so my husband called them to say that he couldn't bring it in at 9:00am . One guy said not to worry you can still bring it in after you finish work ( 2:00pm) . He does , only for another guy to say no it's not ok , we can't do your bike for another six weeks!!! Then they both have a verbal disagreement in front of their customers.
Won't be referring this company !

Can think of a few words to rhyme with ,
And its not reasonable.
Went in and told me what they cant do, only one mechanic 2 weeks wait.
I only wanted to get a oil change and filter,
Couldn't get any parts , was said.
Pathetic,

Unlike you , I'm not a celebrity getting celebrity service and giving rave reviews,
Filter from Hawkesbury Honda.
Battery and oil from super cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless. I booked my wife’s motorcycle in for a wheel balance.
The earliest available appointment was in 7 days. Fine, totally understandable.
At the time of booking, I asked if I could wait for the bike, they said it would be okay.
I dropped the bike off on the morning of the appointment, I even arranged my wife to pick me up so that they could take their time as it was a new bike.
6 and a half hours later, I return to pick up the bike, the mechanic said he didn’t have time, He might be able to do it tomorrow.
Why in the heck make appointments for?!?!?!?!?!
Useless.

I rang on a Thursday chasing a bash guard for my 2019 Sherco that I needed urgently and not only did they have it in stock, but they were happy to express post it to my door in Newcastle so I had it for the weekend. I would have no hesitation in dealing with you boys again and will definitely be recommending you to all my Sydney based mates. Thanks Guys. You saved my weekend :)

We have purchased many new bikes over the years and these guys, were by far the most helpful, knowledgeable and easiest to work with.
It's been a long time, since we have experienced customer service like this.
They stopped everything to help us purchase all new gear for the kids .
Highly recommend this family business.
