Even with the knowledge that the likelihood of a sale was very low from me, Daryl still fully accommodated all my requests and was still happy to have a nice long chat answering all my questions and giving lots of great advice. I would be very happy to return here for any servicing or purchases in the future.

He even took me for a test ride so that I could know what to expect! Would definitely be getting my bike serviced here once I have the guts to ride my bike to Sydney from Newcastle! Also would recommend Daryl to anyone wanting to get a motorbike ??

Not only did I get the best prices on the market, but I also got quality services from an experienced sales team. What really helped me was their advice on bikes for new rider. Daryl not only provided me with all the help I needed, he was also understanding in every way possible. I cannot recommend this dealership enough, I certainly won't look anywhere else for a new bike. Please, if you are looking for a new bike, visit Close Motorcycles. For now I think I will just enjoy my new ride!
S	Stefan Lake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The servicing they offer is considerably overpriced - the most expensive in Sydney I’ve found. I go elsewhere now. The owner once offered me $50 for my broken bike. Yes $50, not $300, not $200, not $100. $50 for a whole bike in good condition, tyres, brakes etc - except for an engine issue. Wouldn’t each tyre be worth $50? How about a second hand battery? Electronic components? Good body? Seat? Headlight? Starter system? Etc. $50 for a whole bike? And to top it off wanted to write me a cheque. What a low ball insult. Out of principal I wheeled it home and scraped it. I’m sure some of the mechanics/ floor staff are decent blokes but clearly the management team have a policy to get every last cent out of the customer. Yes we want the work done properly and by the book, but inflated pricing above this is just greedy. The only benefit of this shop is the location being close to Central/ Redfern train stations. P.S. to the shop, my name is not Stefan Lake, you won’t find me in your records as I value you privacy online - but I think it’s important for Sydney people to know you overcharge wildly and that consumers should go elsewhere for their motorbike servicing/ purchasing. Is this an unjust review? Not all at, I’ve been to the shop many times due to the convenience to my office. But I’ll now inconvenience myself to give my business to a more customer-centric outfit. J	Johnlouis Landskron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my mate and i (19&20)wanted to buy our first motorbike, spoke to a very nice sales assistant on the floor and gave us very valuable information on the motorbikes. All was well until a tall bold man(I believe the floor manager or owner) walked up to us very rudely and abruptly talked over his employee by saying it is a demo bike.(Employee did mention it) and then mentioned that this bike was only used for a photo shoot, but had small scuff marks on the side and 300kms plus. I then mentioned the price for the motorcycle as i called the company a few days prior and he very quickly raised his voice. Never have i ever had I seen a stranger speak so rudely to me, like do you want my money?, then overruled the price by adding 100dollars. I then told him that i called and they mentioned it was 100 bucks cheaper and then he went and look and pointed to his employe and said, and i quote, " you have just cost me 100 dollars." Like who does this man think he is? To not only be so rude to his employe but saying something like that in front of 2 customers? We thought you know maybe it was just a bad day and continued to say we will take the bike, the manager replied that it would take 3/4 days to get the bike registered so would only be ready on the Saturday.?! I have lost it by then and walked straight out of the dealership. Now my friend and i found a different dealership and both of us bought a motorbike from them who could, wash and register the motorbikes on the exact same day.
D	David Wotherspoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FANTASTIC TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL MC ENGINEERS I had a horrible rear brake problem with my 11-year-old ST1300; another garage had a crack at repairing it and failed; this team of MC Engineers took on the challenge and now I have my lovely ST1300 back home and in fantastic working order. I highly recommend using Ryan's team; I can't thank them enough.
