This is a great local practise, it has everything! The service that I receive from the Mascot medical and dental centre is excellent. All the staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to family and friends happily.

I've been going to Mascot Medical for more than four years now but recently I burnt my face with steam really badly and needed to go to the emergency. Actually it was quicker to go straight to my Dr here and they got me in right away, treated me and then made arrangements to transfer me to emergency after having done first aid. They probably saved my eyesight to be honest. They followed up with all of the ointments and antibiotics and I was back at work in a week.

I used to see my GP Dr.Jenny and she left. Then I had an appointment with Dr.Richards, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I had a telephone consult as I was not feeling well to go in person. She was very rushing and no patience to understand what I was telling. I felt like I was not heard and she was a bit rude. Not the best experience when you are in pain and want your doctor to help you!

Absolutely disgraceful. Tried 5 times so far to get my scripts. Now the reception is giving me attitude saying I should go in person when I have already explained to her that I have done this on the first appointment. Now this so called reception said she will not even get the doctor to call me as she is β€œTo busy” really? Is this what we should accept for our local doctor? Advice: Change your receptionist firstly, then follow up on complaints and fix!

I really do not like to complain, I fully understand that all your Dr’s are very busy, I have been quite Sick for going on 10 days, had paramedics Monday, they found lung infection, so was told to ring the Dr. Which I did on the same day, was prescribed antibiotics and told to get Chest ex-ray. Also told when the results are ready, ring and make a phone consult, had ex-ray early this morning, the results will be ready Friday afternoon, so rang medical centre as soon as I got home, the receptionist was really nice, BUT I cannot get a phone consult from any Dr till Tuesday next week, I need to know the results as I am really not well, and have to know if I have to reduce antibiotics from two to one a day, very upsetting really. Thankfully I have an appointment Wednesday, but waiting six days to get the results is crazy. What if it is something sinister, I am sure it is not. Sorry I have written so much, what if it was some one with a heart condition. It only takes five minutes to make a call with the results for me. Just not happy. Robyn Buckley. I can’t thank reception enough for their answer. A Dr will contact me this afternoon. Thank you again ?

Great doctors if you can get in to see them. Front desk staff are terrible. Lose appointments, make no effort, focused on pushing you to someone else (often just told to come back tomorrow so someone else has to deal with whatever is going on). Not rude, just disinterested and unwilling to do anything. Again, though, great doctors in our experience.

The receptionist ( Danielle) is the most accommodating ,caring and delightful person to deal with. She was more than willing to help me in my time of need. The doctor I saw ( Dr Vin) was one of the most professional Doctors I have dealt with. I am more than happy to recommend this fantastic team. Traci

I have been going to this medical centre for over and year and was pleased with Dr Oliver Smith (he has now left). I saw Dr Richards for the first time today, (had made an apt 2 days before) . I waited almost one hour, then I was ushered into her room, asked to take a seat, and then she went and saw another patient while I waited (without explanation) again. I felt disrespected as a person, as well as my time (all of our time is precious) Dr Richards interactions and recommendations to me where not what I would expect of a professional GP. I can't recommend her medical or interpersonal skills.
