My first time trying to organise landscaping done for the property and the woman that called me back spoke to me with no care. I apologise I just wanted someone to come out for a quote, if I didn't know what is considered a "big" job, and what kind of landscaping I needed (hence someone to come out for a quote).
I just needed some guidance and clearly it was too much effort to be friendly and help out. She made it clear that the business is too busy for the "once off" job.
