From the first phone call to the job being completed the company is easy to deal with, well organized and provides a timely service - even on a long weekend, and on this occasion, on Christmas Eve. Our plumber, Mark, presented as neat and tidy, cheerful, pleasant and very helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was also very helpful with another small issue we were experiencing that didn't actually require his services. I cannot fault the service we have received from Fluid Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone.

In fact the most recent job was half the cost I had predicted so was pleasantly surprised. I can feel a bit nervous sometimes engaging tradies however not with Fluid Plumbing as staff treat me fairly, explain what’s going on so I understand what they are doing and why, and never defer to my husband for decisions. Highly recommend.

He looked at our plumbing issue and provided a couple of options. He promptly went and collected the parts needed, completed the job efficiently and cleaned up before he left. He arrived on time even it was heavy rainy on that day. His works have done perfectly. The price is very reasonable compared to few other quotes I got from other companies. The plumber who arrived was really helpful, it was only a small job to help change the kitchen pipes to fit a new dishwasher in but he also helped install the dishwasher which I didn’t expect. The cost was very reasonable, we’ve been charged almost double the fee for a call out fee in the past for other plumbers. Overall I was very happy and would recommend them.
