Our dream of a move from the UK to Australia was nearly dashed in the early 2000's after we had parted with over $5,000 to a different Migration & Visa company that were shonky (& no longer in existence) Hourigan picked up our application and worked with us and we got a great turnaround time with them. After settling in Australia we continued working together towards reaching Permanent Residency and Full Citizenship.
