★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in today and the staff were very helpful. Darren fitted me out with gear I required without any stress or over kill on non essentials . I will be stopping in again soon and would highly recommend to anyone. Huge range of bikes too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw some of the bad reviews but I didn’t experience any of what was mentioned. I received great service and advice from these guys. They stayed a little late to help me out after closing time and were always very accommodating to me when I take my bike in. I’m a continued customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bike store seems to have a pretty bad wrap online which I don't understand. I think it's important to remember that businesses are always changing and just because they've had a bad stint in the past doesn't mean they are a 'bad' business. I took my mountain bike that was in a terrible state into the guys and they told me they will do their best to keep the charges as low as possible for me to help me out (I'm a student with low income) I can honestly say they did everything they could to help me out while spending 3 days working on the bike, when I went to pick it up they had done a huge amount of work, with plenty of new parts and they charged a very reasonable price. I can't fault their service in a single way. Thanks guys!
If you've had a bad experience in the past, I think it would be worthwhile to give them another chance :)

Sharon who answered my emails was brilliant. They also dispatched my order on the same day and it arrived from Melbourne to Sydney very quickly. These days with COVID-19 it is important to have reliable online retailers, and Bicycle Superstore definitely ticks all the boxes. All in all I would highly recommend Bicycle Superstore, I will definitely purchase from them again.

Took his time explaining everything to me didn’t push me to buy anything or try no and talk me into anything more expensive. Ended up buying a great bike from him a week later and couldn’t be happier with the personalized and super friendly service.
