★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a blast at Storm MMA. Fun class. Challenging and at times I hit my limit but all the guys and girls in the group pushed me to lift higher. I did fundamental MMA with lots of stand up fighting including up against the cage. Yes they have a real octagonal cage set up in the gym! Straight after I did an hour of Epic Brazilian jiu-jitsu working the ground fighting and grappling side. There where lots of beginners and some higher ranked people who all put in for a technical class on passing the guard. It was a lot to take in but by the end I felt like I got it. Lots of laughs and lots of sweat.
