★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I went to Canberra for NYE and decided to attend the QT Lounge event which was a very disappointing experience. We paid $200 per head for entry however there was barely any food, no basic spirits, and only 2 cocktails to choose from, and no decent entertainment (the band left very early in the night); no count-down to New Years, no last drink calls, and the bar manager (blonde, with a floral dress) was one of the rudest, most disrespectful people I have come across in hospitality, she was very angry and abusive towards everyone. I however would like to extend a thank you to an Asian girl who was an absolute pleasure that made it worth staying for. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and great food. Although, it's about time, in this day and age, good restaurants start keeping chilli powder or flakes....they had to get it from somewhere....but still wasnt chilli...some sort of spice mix....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in for their high-tea at 11:30am - 1:30pm but the service had a bit to be desired. Food didn't arrive for an hour and those that arrived afterwards were served first which meant we were kept hungry & then hit with too much sugar at once... Plus on asking for certain hot drinks, told they didn't have them though given the hotel does food, drinks & breakfast downstairs & a lift down to stock things to keep paid customers happy wouldn't go astray. Dubious about whether I'd book again and given there were six of us it's a big spend for poor service :( Disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to QT Lounge for New Year's Eve 2017/18 and had a terrific evening thanks to superb service, amazing food and drink, and lively live entertainment (jazz band and DJs), in this upmarket and exclusive venue on the top floor, overlooking the NY fireworks. What an awesome way to see in a great New Year!
