★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service!! Visited the store to get some print outs n waited almost 35 mins as the girl didn’t know how to print pages! Firstly she gave print command ...then cancelled ...then enquired about layout..finally get me coloured print outs instead of black n white. The best part was her confidence that instead of apologising I was told to never come to their shop again.
Will never recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse company to send the return parcel. Too rude with the customer they dont know how to deal with the customers. Don't know how to deal with situation and with customers. Worse and bad customer service experienced in my whole life and was told me to never come back to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called several days after leaving my parcel with them (as a designated parcel post) because the man who took and scanned my parcel said I would receive an email that day (Friday). I did not so when I called back on Tuesday, giving them an extra day just in case (they are closed on the weekend) I was answered by a woman who could not help me and was very rude over the phone. The first time I called, she hung up but said that we had got disconnected. Then when I called back she tried to help me which was nice, she said she could not located my package and that the receiver should be sending me an email etc but did not finish explaining and quickly just said thank you bye and hung up. So when I called back a couple minutes later to see if she could finish explaining, she acted very rude and complained about how she had already helped me and she was disconnected again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office Essential was a designated parcel drop off point for one of my Amazon product returns. I didn't seal the box containing the returning item thinking Office Essential will inspect the box for the goods. At the store the goods were not checked and I was asked to tape the box prior to the return labels being attached. When I inquired if they could seal the box using tape I was asked to purchase tape to seal the box. Perhaps I was expecting too much from the parcel drop off point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life especially the lady who works there just started shouting at me when I was asking to print out my documents. I walk with crutches the lady was not at all helpful. I wish I could give them zero stars.
