The sheets come back wrong size to what you put in and although was guaranteed my wash is the only load that gets washed I have got numerous others peoples items back, so that’s a miracle!!! They overcharged me twice , first time refunded money next time tell me to take business elsewhere! With pleasure !! The delivery team are the only good part of the business.. very unprofessional service. We supply the linen for our units. Guests don’t bring there own sheets. So when Vanessa states they are guest sheets, they are not and guest don’t strip the beds we do. I think we would notice if someone tried to swap sheets as queen size sheets do not fit on king beds.
I wish I could send a photo as I have a text msg from owner asking if I would like a credit or refund for the error of overcharge…
